i find article online and before i read it i turn on airplane mode to stop internet connection then read article . if u do this and dont use internet for things like this site and other communications then u can greatly reduce EMF exposure from internet while still haveing access to all the scientific literature on the internet .

This is brutal pill ngl, even if I do this so many ppl around me in my unit have wifi on even at night. Might cope with silver shirt/clothing soon

You can use airplane mode while having the internet on, this greatly reduces EMF too.

You can browse the internet with airplane mode contrary to popular belief

Didn't even know a computer had a airplane mode.

Just use a lan cable on your computer
