Triceps sore after two compounds

I do 5 sets ohp and 5 sets floor press as main compounds

I tried to to triceps accessory but left one saw sore. I’m just gonna skip them from now on. Is this enough volume for push day lol @Arborist

I do facepulls tjen call it and do abs

floor press is cope
 
jfl if you’re not doing weighted dips in 2023
 
Do ring pushups instead of floor press
 
volume = weight x reps

it's not just how many reps you're doing
 
Do muscle ups
 
All I do for triceps is medium grip and close grip bench, close grip allows you to train them to failure
