2) Sleep 7-8 hours a day
3) Exercise
and other
COMMON methods of increasing T, Well I'm not here to give you common methods of increasing T, so get ready.

(WARNING): IF YOU ARENT ALREADY DOING THE AFOREMENTIONED COMMON T-BOOSTING METHODS, DO NOT DO THESE. GET THE BASICS FIRST! (A GOOD FOUNDATION IS VERY IMPORTANT)

1)
Viagra (and other PDE-5 inhibitors ) and Testosterone Increase.

We all know about Viagra. the small blue pill used by old people to be able to fuck because of their low libido and testosterone (could be you if you don't take action) it improves blood circulation to the penis and is, therefore, able to give you an erection (that's why it's used for the treatment of Erectile dysfunction (ED) )
-What is Viagra though?

Viagra, also known by its generic name sildenafil is a phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE5) inhibitor. Viagra works by increasing blood flow to the penis, which helps men achieve and maintain an erection when sexually aroused. It does so by inhibiting the action of an enzyme called phosphodiesterase type 5, which is responsible for breaking down a substance called cyclic guanosine monophosphate (cGMP). By inhibiting this enzyme, Viagra helps cGMP levels to increase, leading to smoother muscle relaxation and improved blood flow to the penis, facilitating an erection. It's important to note that Viagra is not an aphrodisiac and only works in the presence of sexual stimulation.

So you may be asking yourself? HOW does Viagra increase T-Levels?

  1. Direct Effect on Leydig Cells: Leydig cells in the testes are responsible for producing testosterone. Viagra has been found to influence these cells, stimulating a process called steroidogenesis, which results in increased testosterone production. This direct interaction with Leydig cells is thought to contribute to the observed rise in testosterone levels.
  2. Peripheral Conversion of Testosterone: Viagra use has also been linked to increased levels of other hormones, such as dihydrotestosterone (DHT) and estradiol. These hormones are derived from the conversion of testosterone in peripheral tissues. Viagra might enhance this conversion process, leading to higher levels of these hormones.
  3. Adrenal Androgen Synthesis: While the primary source of androstenedione (a precursor to testosterone) is the adrenal glands, Viagra's impact on adrenal androgen synthesis is less clear. Some studies suggest that Viagra might also stimulate adrenal androgen production, leading to an increase in androstenedione levels.
Preclinical studies, particularly in rats, have shown that Viagra affects Leydig cell steroidogenesis by influencing certain proteins involved in the process. This aligns with the observed rise in testosterone levels after taking Viagra.

BUT that doesn't mean it doesn't have its shortcomings

4. LH Suppression: Viagra administration leads to a significant decrease in serum luteinizing hormone (LH) levels. LH usually stimulates the testes to produce testosterone. So, the drop in LH suggests that Viagra might directly affect the testes' ability to produce testosterone.

DONT WORRY

The decrease in luteinizing hormone (LH) levels, which is normally responsible for regulating testosterone production, might make you fear taking Viagra (and in turn make you a LOW-T CEL)

However, in the context of Viagra's impact, the decrease in LH levels isn't necessarily negative. This is because Viagra appears to directly stimulate the Leydig cells within the testes, which are responsible for producing testosterone. This direct stimulation can potentially compensate for the reduction in LH, leading to an increase in testosterone production. Additionally, the body has a feedback mechanism that regulates testosterone production. When testosterone levels rise, LH production tends to decrease. Viagra's influence on testosterone production could activate this feedback loop, causing a decrease in LH levels as a natural response.

Moreover, Viagra seems to selectively target the enhancement of testosterone production, minimizing the impact on other hormones that rely on LH stimulation. Studies have shown that despite the decrease in LH levels, the administration of Viagra results in an overall increase in testosterone levels. This suggests that the direct stimulation of testosterone production by Viagra outweighs potential concerns related to reduced LH levels.

To sum up: the decrease in LH levels with Viagra doesn't necessarily indicate a problem. The direct effect of Viagra on the testes' Leydig cells appears to play a significant role in driving testosterone production, potentially countering the usual connection between LH and testosterone.

DOSAGE:

So what dose should you take? In the studies, it has been shown that 50-100mg of viagra produces the results of increasing the good ol T!

but if you are taking an α-adrenergic blocker avoid this method or take 25mg DAILY

MAKE SURE TO TAKE IT DAILY! Start with 50mg for the first weeks/months and increase it to 100mg if you don't notice any bad effects!

WHAT ABOUT OTHER PDE-5 INHIBITORS?

Well Cialis (tadalafil) has been shown to increase T-Levels and also Penile length (anecdotal)

Cialis is better for OVERALL health, while VIAGRA is better for T-levels

2) the Influence of Icing Your Balls on Testosterone Levels

What does "Icing your balls" even mean? well, it's EXACTLY as you think. putting ICE on your balls to stimulate sperm and testosterone production, is just THAT simple.
Effects of Cold Exposure on Hormones and Sperm:

1. Sperm Count and Production:

  • Lowering Testicular Temperature: Cold exposure may help maintain an optimal temperature for spermatogenesis (sperm production) by preventing overheating of the testes.
  • Cooler temperatures are generally considered more conducive to healthy sperm development.
  • Improved Sperm Motility: Cold exposure enhances sperm motility (swimming ability)
  • Reduced DNA Fragmentation: Cold exposure decreases DNA damage in sperm cells, contributing to better overall sperm quality.
  • Enhanced Sperm Function: Cold exposure contributes to healthier sperm.
  • Improved Sperm Viability: Maintaining lower testicular temperatures leads to a higher percentage of sperm
2. Testosterone Levels:

  • Stimulation of Testosterone Production: Cold exposure stimulates the production of testosterone, the primary male sex hormone.
  • Activation of Hypothalamus-Pituitary-Gonadal (HPG) Axis: Cold exposure activates hormonal pathways that regulate testosterone synthesis.
3. Other Hormones and benefits:

  • Follicle-Stimulating Hormone (FSH): Cold exposure influences FSH secretion, which plays a role in regulating sperm production and development.
  • Luteinizing Hormone (LH): LH, another hormone essential for testosterone production, is also influenced by cold exposure.
  • Anti-Inflammatory Effects: Cold exposure reduces inflammation in the testes, positively impacting reproductive health.
  • Vasoconstriction: Cold exposure causes blood vessels to constrict, enhancing blood flow to the testes and supporting their function.
  • Activation of Neuroendocrine Pathways: Cold receptors in the scrotum trigger signals that impact hormone secretion and reproductive processes.

So HOW long should you ice your balls?

2-5 minutes 2x a day every day is preferable.

    3) Vitamin D3 Drops on Balls - The Potential Benefits for Testosterone Enhancement

The balls have receptors for vitamin D, which is known to play a role in various physiological processes, including hormone regulation. This means that topical application of vitamin D3 will have an impact on testosterone levels.

We already know how Vitamin D3 is CRUCIAL for T Production, and we know sunning your balls increases your T-levels, so this is ALL the benefits with 0 of the side effects.

4) Orgasm-Free Masturbation and Sex - The Link Between Sex and T-Boosting

Research suggests that there are temporary fluctuations in testosterone levels following sexual activity, including orgasm and ejaculation. After sexual arousal and stimulation, testosterone levels typically increase but then drop after orgasm/ejaculation.

So based on this, we can conclude that by refraining from ejaculation (SEMEN RETENTION) while having sex/masturbating will make your testosterone levels rise dramatically, on day 7 of semen retention (without sexual stimulation) testosterone levels increase by 147%

There is also research that states sexual stimulation (porn/sexual thoughts/real sex and masturbation) increases testosterone levels, but they drop after ejaculation.

If you stack both these benefits your T-levels will rise DRAMATICALLY

I also recommend having a 1x a week session (either sex or masturbation) that goes UP TO 4-8H of sexual stimulation without ORGASM.

(I
DO NOT RECOMMEND WATCHING PORN)

DO NOT GET CLOSE TO ORGASM! (coming from anecdotal experience) It increases your prolactin even if you don't ejaculate, please control yourself and only keep yourself hard for as long as possible without getting even close to orgasm but still have sexual stimulation

5) Survival mode/Winning - The Sense Of Accomplishment and Winning On Testosterone Levels
There are multiple studies that indicate that a sense of accomplishment and winning has on your testosterone levels so i will provide you with some very good methods.

- COLD SHOWERS (OR EVEN BETTER switching between cold and hot showers to put your body in survival mode)
- Camping
- Any kind of competition where you will excel (DONT LOSE)

- Climbing (I was gonna put this in a separate category since there are studies this increases GH and T-levels SUBSTANTIALLY)
- Cigars NOT cigarettes (1x a month/weekly or VERY rarely) and/or alcohol (I also don't recommend chronic alcohol consumption since it has been linked with lower T, nut acute low dose alcohol is healthy + I recommend a pure brewed beer or whatever for the gut health and other shit it contains or red wine)( I was also gonna put these separately )

6) Herbmaxxing - Nature's Potential for T-Boosting

I'm just gonna list a bunch of herbs that will boost your T-levels dramatically

7) SERMS - Selective Estrogen Receptor Modulators

SERMs, short for Selective Estrogen Receptor Modulators, are a class of compounds that interact with estrogen receptors in the body. They're popular for their effect on test and testicle size by regulating the effects of estrogen.

How Serms Increase Testosterone and Testicle Size:

  1. Estrogen Regulation: Serms function by binding to estrogen receptors in a selective manner. They can act as both estrogen agonists (mimicking estrogen) and antagonists (blocking estrogen). In situations where estrogen levels are high, Serms act as estrogen antagonists, thereby preventing excessive estrogen effects, such as inhibition of testosterone production.
  2. Pituitary Regulation: Some Serms, like Clomiphene Citrate (Clomid), exert their effects on the hypothalamus and pituitary gland. By blocking estrogen's negative feedback on these glands, they lead to an increase in the secretion of luteinizing hormone (LH) and follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH). Elevated LH levels stimulate the Leydig cells in the testes to produce more testosterone.
  3. Enhanced Testosterone Production: By blocking estrogen's inhibitory effects, Serms indirectly boost the production of testosterone, contributing to improved hormonal balance.
Commonly Used Serms:

  1. Clomiphene Citrate (Clomid): Widely used to treat infertility, Clomid stimulates the release of LH and FSH, leading to increased testosterone synthesis. It's commonly prescribed to men with low testosterone levels.
  2. Tamoxifen: Originally developed for treating breast cancer, Tamoxifen blocks estrogen receptors in breast tissue and is sometimes used off-label to increase testosterone levels. It can also help prevent gynecomastia (enlarged breasts) by reducing estrogen's effects.
