I've heard phenibut and it's safer. Now there are legit low inhibition drugs like ecstasy etc but it's not worth for daily social interactions. I have the same problem as you I can conversate but I can't seem to open up conversations. Im high inhib in the opening phase. The last time I remember being really low inhib was with a combination of long term no fap horniness state + Bacardi. Legit was talking to females and my mind was legit free from this thought of "stop don't talk" hesitation. I've even hooked up with an Asian girl from California because I asked her to kiss me, and I never do that. It's so sad being high inhib. Legit feels like wasting your potential. You can do so many things if you actually open up just a conversation. We need to overcome this
