You have too much sclera show. Your hooding seem to be under control. I would say you're slightly below average.

Your best bet is your lower third.

Hooded eyes are overrated. Lord @Nibba had some eyelid exposure. To get a good angle you need to be facing your camera straight on. It looks like you're looking a bit down in the first but way up in the second. That being said, you do have enough exposure where it isn't exactly ideal.

It's angle + round eyes. You can do almond surgery but there are plenty of celebs with round eyes but handsome faces. You have potential bro. I suggest growing out your eyelashes/eyebrows with minox/castor oil and when you grow them groom them eyebrows to be perfectly straight (no positive angle) etc.
