15, idk but between 5’4 and 5’7, 74kgHeight, age and bodyweight?
i don’t mind muscle loss at all, as for loose skin that’s tough but idc that much eithercutting too aggressively leads to muscle loss and loose skin, not a good idea.
LOL you are for sure going to stunt your growth if you try to lose 20 kilos in a month, you dimwit.15, idk but between 5’4 and 5’7, 74kg
am i not obese faggot. am I not 74kg at a terrible height.LOL you are for sure going to stunt your growth if you try to lose 20 kilos in a month, you dimwit.
Lose weight at a moderate pace with a good diet or you will regret it for the rest of your life, you are welcome.
the problem is also my parents because of forcing me to eatand stuffthis will work but trust me - you dont have that much will power to do it for month. Try first for 48h, etc and adapt to keto before fasting.
seems unnecessarily longno dont do it. 4 months is a better timeline for 10 kg and for 20 kg 7 months
too fast of a cut is shit. ive done it before and it took me two months to recover my mood energy and libidoseems unnecessarily long
Losing weight fast is fucked up, especially when ur 15 lmao, i lost like 21 kg over 20 weeks cuz of calorie deficit and sometimes starving, my skin got lighter too. Don't be an anorexic faggot and don't stunt your growthseems unnecessarily long
Idk why autists here are so obsess3d with starving they have no clue of the downsides igcutting too aggressively leads to muscle loss and loose skin, not a good idea.
