What are the best supplements for young male adults (18-25, finished puberty)?

Much has already been said about vitamins and hormones during PUBERTY, but my question refers to young adult males who already finished puberty, so no more heightmaxxing. What supplements are usefull if at all? Things like Zinc and Arginine, for example, so commonly recommended for puberty boys, would they be usefull for an adult male? It can be something thats usefull for any part of adult life, even more weirder ones like semen volume-> supposedly taking Selenium increase semen volume. What good info do you guys have on this?

Easier said than done. Right now I eat about 3-4 meals a day, plenty of eggs, rice and beans. But I live in Latin America. Recently I have been questioning myself why latinos, even black latinos, seem to have so much weaker skeletons. I think the reason is the rice and beans diet. This is like a vegetarian diet. They both supposedly have protein but no country with good money and good genetics eat this. This is poor peoples food. So should I stop rice and beans completely? Would pasta and meat be better? I cant also only eat protein since this will become too expensive.

Best supplements would be creatine , zinc , magnesium, B vitamins and a fish oil supplement. Ashwaghanda is also a good
