I know I'm not the only one that notices this, looking old pics and videos of young adults decades ago they look much more mature and developed, now so many 18-30 year olds look like they haven't finished puberty. In my case I'm in my mid 20s and can easily pass like I'm still in the middle of fucking high school JFL, They're adult height but facially they look several years younger than they're age, hardly grow facial hair, their frames look smaller than before, and their voices don't sound like a man's should
