Well from what I know he was bullied for being skinny so he would wake up at midnight and do pull ups till the sun rises so probably the reason why his biceps got so big. It's also like doing weighted because of the leg muscle he has down there.

Well from what I've learnt just now, the photo was edited so his biceps are slightly smaller without photoshop so yeah I think it's the perfect physique.
