So apparently elastics recess maxilla, and could be a big problem. So my only option is braces/Invisalign without elastics.

What am I supposed to ask for and how am I even supposed to ask them?

Any advice? Someone knowledgeable help me out here.

U shouldn't fix an overbite with braces. You fix it with surgery.

Prior to surgery they make you wear braces but this is so your teeth fit after the surgery is performed

How about Invisalign? I can’t get surgery until many years from now.

slight overbite
do severe underbite while jutting like your life depends on it few mins at a time several time a day.. after a few days of doing this my natural bite changed to normal , top and bottom teeth aligned (you will still have the recession but it will go away after a while)

its good in general to have a slight underbite. most people have overbite
