I know I already have average forward growth so I'm hesitant on something like bimax

Once I'm done lean bulking, I'm cutting to 10 percent bodyfat, so I'm aware I need to leanmaxx first

Im thinking of mandibular implants to fix gonial angle and some type of midface or infraorbital implants for added maxillary projection.

Need some more opinions though

I can't morph well at all, I was just trying to show the advancement of the maxilla
