Difficult to judge you with that beard.

But my recommendations:
0) Take that faggot looking piece of metal out of your face. The only metal a male should have in his face are titanium implants.
1) hop on finasteride asap
2) hair transplant to fix your hairline (only after you confirmed fin works for you)
3) Undereyefillers
4) (optional if you have the money and are willing to take the risk) lefort 1
5) Sidewing + Fillers or Wrap around Jaw implant.

Your eye area sucks but I have no idea on how to fix that except for lefort 3 which you will not get anyway.
Edit maybe a facelift or fillers or browridge implants can lift the outer sides of your eyebrows a little bid up. But better ask a surgeon about that.

yea helps add lateral and medial projection of zygos ( cheek bones), will help create angular face when coupled with custom wraparound jaw implant that will add width to the jaw , zygos should be wider than the jaw, for streamlined look

it's combined, it has a infraorbital implant to help with undereye support and decrease negative orbital vector and also has malar implant to help with cheekbones, it is one big implant. Saiyan had gottten it done, the results were pretty aesthetic tbh. Only drawback was that it's almost the same price as the wraparound custom jaw implant from epply, so thats like 40k for getting both wraparound and the infraorbital malar implant.

40k it's really much... if you'r not american, i mean for an european it's very much. but it worth it in his case.

You look better when shaved. But yes. Your jaw is not ideal. If you have 1000-4000$ dollar to spend you could get some fillers into it to see how much better a wider jaw would make you look like.
But still finasteride should be your first action. But make sure to read about possible sides before taking it and decide for yourself if taking that risk is worth it to you. And get bloodwork done before starting finasteride. Check hairlosstalk.com for the necessary tests. But I think you shoud at least get: testosterone, free testosterone, dht, prolactine, estrogene checked.

In my opinion, your eye area. It'd make the biggest difference.
You can't solve your jaw problems with implants. Looks like maxillary retrusion, perhaps narrow palate too?

A hair transplant will fix your hairline and finasteride will prevent(or at least slow down drastically) the balding of the rest of your head.
A hair transplant without fin does only makes sense in case of very light balding. But your balding looks to much.

Plastic surgery in UK seems to be pretty unregulated from what I read, so you can#t be sure the people are that competent. Especially regarding fillers.
