What surgery/surgeries do you recommend for my eye area

I am currently working on my eye brows and I have got them to grow a bit, though you can't tell in this picture. Sadly, that won't be enough to fix my crushingly bad eye area. So what surgerys do you recommend and what price are they if done well?

It may be symmetry, or it can also be Amblyopa (Lazy eye), there are different types of Lazy eyes, personally i think you have a lazy eyelid.You will need or you will not need surgery depending on your age here are some different answers to your problem (if you think have a lazy eye)
