What surgerys i need for ascend to slayer.

Side view pic if you can, i can t figure out if you just need L1 or modified oblique L3 (as that one may improve your cheeks height)

MSE

Forward lefort 1 (without bimax) advancement as your philtrum forward growth is too small compared to your cheek and jaw.

Tripod osteotomy

lower eyelid pct procedure

fix your hair
 
MSE is what you need the most. Maybe that alone would fix your upper lip.

Don't know what causes your philtrum to look weak.. Lack for upper lip maybe ?

because your nose philtrum angle is pretty good.

You may not be recessed at all in the philtrum but just your too wide lower jaw made your lip closure uncanny due to overusing your lower one thus weakening your upper one.

Do you have an underbite ?

fuck that, move your philtrum forward with lefort I ! invisilign is bluepilled. Your chin and cheeks looks obviously to strong compared to your philtrum.

invisilign is bad for you as surgeon won t accept to treat you

The list is mostly about fixing your lips noses and improving your eyes.

For your lips, i depends your ability to change your lip posture after the lefort I and teeth alignement to match the new good looking position of your bones.

For your nose it depends on the rhinoplasty, if you could ask someone to morph your face in order to see your ideal nose. (and lips)

For your eyes the result is predictable in a positive way.

So the ideal result is supposed to ascend you to Chadlite +

4 because your philtrum recession destroy your feature harmony. Although having forward grown cheeks and chin, a really recessed philtrum in between destroy your nose and lips aesthetic giving you a tarantino pheno.
And your nosestrills are quite big for your ipd and lips width

But you got the Bone mass, upper and middle thirds forward growth and width, and a nice mandible, nice ipd, good pfl

Over sub 5 is subhuman
 
still book an ortho that does mse to know if your upper jaw is to narrow compared to the lower one.

Not over, the loss of psl due to growth and fixabillity are 2 different things.

some people are 6 but not fixable. But You can be fixed untill maybe 7-8 even if you're a 4 now.
