Horrific nose. You need to remove a lot of meat. As far as alar base goes, your mouth is also somewhat narrow, so that makes your nose look even wider. But that's like whatever, not much to do about the mouth.
Forward growth? Doesn't matter. You'd get no real benefits from bimax. Just do a rhino.
