Whats a good exercise routine to keep up the metabolism while wagecelling

currently i have to work 9-5 sittng at one place then i go for 1 hour walk (5kms approx) at slight fast pace and some days i train muscle at home, altho it helped shred some weight i think i may need to do more work in a day to boost my metabolism

10k steps of walking a day is fine i heard, it takes me an average of 2 hours to walk 10k-12k of steps tho, you should find some space in your daily routine to complete this, very usefull

i need to increase the step count i think so
