Just for very specific and tough situations....like discussing my master degree thesis, job interviews, big presentations, first dates ecc

Yeah, depends. Alcohol and phenibut both act on the GABAminergic system but alcohol has side effects that phenibut doesn't. For social events and whatever it's still the better choice imo, if everyone else is drinking and you just need to get out of your head a little. Imagine everyone drinking and you be like "nah, I'm good, I popped 500 mg of phenibut today" because you'd fall into a coma if you drank while on it.
