Lifestyle changes, be they relating to diet, supplementation, exercise, sleep and the like are all legitimate looksmaxes.

Softmaxing, which would be supplementation that doesn't necessarily pertain to health but gives some sort of change, such as MT2 or SARMs, or things like teeth-whitening or dermastamping, which are all legitimate looksmaxes.

Surgerymaxing obviously works when done properly.

Mewing is cope imo, FacePulling could work. Bonesmashing idk if it’s a meme or it actually works but some users say it’s legit and got results with it from hitting their cheekbones. Vitamins is legit cuz you’ll look healthier if you aren’t deficient
