Who should or shouldn't consider ZSO?

Title. Basically I'm seeing a lot of conflicting advice online so I'm asking for the collective wisdom of this forum to settle it.

For example, post a pic of someone who could potentially benefit from ZSO and post a pic of someone who should avoid it.

Does it make the jaw look narrower? Does it improve canthal tilt?

Well considering there are no decent before/after's and it's done by a very small amout of surgeons who have very limited experience with it, I'm not sure it should be considered by anyone

ZSO is a niche surgery. Dr Zarrinbal is the only person I know that does it. Personally I think you just get custom cheekbone implants for the same result. You can also get custom implants to improve your under eye support.

Cheek implants can look good, the issue is that people post bad results for JFL reacts.

When people get eppleymaxxed (not epplys fault tbh, he just does what the patient asks) and get massive implants ofc they will look shit tier.
