Whole milk (UHT)

Since I'm on hgh and need to eat lots of protein daily, I was thinking about drinking 1L of this milk everyday:

Per 200ml = 6,4g of protein
And it has just 1 additive: Sodium citrate
Its whole UHT with 3,0% fat

Does UHT milk increase estrogen or has other side effects that does not compensate the 32g protein?

I read a study just now and it says: However, no significant difference was found between high fat sterilized and high fat pasteurized milk samples

It seems that the factor that increases estrogen the most is the fat content so maybe get skim milk but I think it isn’t a large amount

I’m not the most literate when it comes to reading studies so don’t take everything for truth
