Why am I so oily n breaking out

When I touch my nose, I get grease all over my phone, I'm that oily right now. And my skin is breaking out too. I shower every day (duh), I don't use any skin products, and I haven't changed my diet

I have same thing soliution can be by eating aajonus vonderplanitz diet gaining weight non stop eating also using pineapple on face and showering less
