Why are there almost no blacks on the internet?

Yes there are a small handful but it seems like almost all forum users (that includes sites like reddit) are either white or Asian, with the occasional central-Asian or hispanic. Last time I checked blacks (except for those living in Africa) don't have any less connection to the internet and yet their presence online appear to be very limited? Do blacks just not use the internet as much?
