Why are ugly/old guys always singled out as being creepy?

If a young good looking guy does or says something, it's not creepy. Think about it. A good looking 25 year old white man approaches a girl and its not creepy. A 50 year old average looking Indian approaches a woman and says the exact same thing and he's a creep.

This has to stop. It's a form of discrimination.
