Why is my face so fat and ugly

I need to be ~165lbs to have a lean face. Meanwhile most guys can be 180+ and not look fat.

I get de bloated when I stop eating sugar for a day or 2, doesn’t give me hollow cheeks but a significantly leaner face

Maybe you just need to eat low carbs for a few days?

Relatable. I remember when I was 130 and had beautiful bones sticking out of my face and for some reason my hair was thicker and wavier. Somehow I am 190 now and have straight greasy hair

I don’t have your mindset. I need to be lean,
will be in more photos in summer. At my current weight I look like some sort of mutant but when lean I at least resemble a human being.

You probably underestimate how much fat you have. It’s very possible to be reasonably fat if you don’t have much muscle at 170-165 lbs. Back when I had no muscle I was quite fatty at 60kg, no visible abs, love handles, etc
