Wisdom Teeth Advice Needed

Here is my x ray of my wisdom teeth. The doctor (along with my parents) wants to remove all four of them , however I really do not want to. I am not experiencing any pain, though he says I will in the future. Is there any way I can fix my teeth, and would the procedure have any negative impacts? I turn 17 in two months.
