Worth it to fly out for a 5mm Genioplasty?

Is a genioplasty even worth it at 5mm horizontal advancement? Especially flying out to a different country to get it? Should I cope with a fat graft to the chin instead?

This woman a couple years ago removed her chin implant and got a 5mm advancement to her chin with genioplasty in Mexico for less than $3000. My chin looks slightly better than her before:

Problem is she didn't show the front without swelling so I don't know how bad the typical stepoff/antegonial notch you get from sliding genio is.

The doctor in Mexico she mentioned on RealSelf still seems to perform the surgery on his website and is currently active on Instagram.

Worth it? Or at 5mm would injecting fat into my chin be better considering I wouldn't have to fly out and the downtime would be much better.

My main question about fat grafting is does a fat graft to the chin go deep enough to cause that nice skin/muscle stretch you would get from a genioolasty bone movement? @RealSurgerymax

Similar to this when my lips are sealed but slightly better:

When my teeth are closed but lips are opened the chin muscle projects a little more.

So overall yes my chin is recessed but doesn't need more than 5mm advancement.

She was downward grown and needed bimax.
