My work schedule is hectic but also quite random, meaning some days are lighter and others are super intense, and on these lighter days I do like to frequent these forums. There is a LOT of truth and gems in these forums that your average blue pilled joe is completely unaware of e.g. "muh personality, muh status etc" versus LOOKS which dictate so many things in life. Also love the brutal unfiltered honesty. I don't know, I just like reading stuff here as a break from my daily super analytical line of work.

Btw, for mewing I am still waiting for your reply on our last debate, but when we argued I wasn't even truly convinced that mewing actually had an effect, my original thread about hardmewing was me attempting to build a solid argument for it more than me actually strongly believing in it, then I like having this type of deep heated argument I had with you to help myself figure this out and come to a conclusion. My impression right now is that it has some effect but at such a marginal level that it might be indistinguishable even in the long run, I am not quite sure, I am open to both sides tbh. Maybe it works similarly to a dental appliance for forward growth but at like 1.2% the effect?
Anyway, I am particularly interested in knowing if there are things from your experiences that do not match my theories about SMV, sexual dynamics and such?

In any case, anyone is free to try mewing (its free and not harmful), what I am opposed is the anecdotal experiences from mewing which are so terribly unscientific and confounded by countless variables.

Bodyfat is almost always 12%. I sit there comfortably no matter what foods I eat. I was a professional athlete when younger (sprinter 100m/200m). Terrible diet and low bodyfat wouldn't work if I didn't have the ability to do 2x bodyweight bench or full squat 2.5 bw.
