I made so much faster gains by lifting heavy heavy instead of bitch high reps like everyone else

what is high reps?

i lift in 8-12 rep range.

That’s standard. I probably overdo it in my reps tbh. I normally do 15-20 per set JFL.
I think it's like 3-5 reps = low
8-12 = medium.
15-20 = high

it depends on the exercise. When I train neck or abs I do high reps.
