It would go for a bsso + ccw rotation instead. Sliding genio depends on the shape of your chin (square or roundish) and wether it's your mandible retruded and not the chin.

genio doesnt change the shape or width of the chin it just brings it just projects whats already there


with a custom chin implant, you can change the width/shape of the chin

Genio is good but if you have a narrow chin it can make it look even more narrow

Better than being recessed tho

Its for the protusion, i will get barrets like maxilla, since my maxila is already protuding. Then i will add fillers to gonial angle, 1.5ml each side and voila.
