Hexum has good proportions they are just distorted in that photo.
His lower third is proportional it’s just the photo and having a masculine distribution for your facial thirds is also ideal. His chin to philtrum ratio is below 2.5 which is still within the male ideal.

Underreted here IMO

Some of those flaws are true but he is still very gl. His pfl and icd are both good. His jaw isn’t rounded. He has oversized massesters which takes away from his jaw’s definition.
