About to start going to the gym after a 2 month break because i had a concussion

I had been going to the gym consistently for a while and had just started mma now that I'm going to get back I wanna know the best way to go to the gym and do mma any advice on how I can schedule training and working out and also I have to eat a lot to gain weight like more than the average person so I wanna know how I can gain weight/muscle while training mma at the same time any advice would help 🙏
 
Just workout everyday for as many hours as possible
 
just train for muscle and youll get it bro
