Almost definitely considering double jaw for gonion, skull implants, rhino and infraorbital implants

I am lacking money for 2 or 2 need to be replaced + lacking convincing both everyone around me, surgeons etc
it pains to think you have to wait years upon years before you can do what you want with yourself srs

but your forehead shape wont change
my skull is around 24 inches and I have good skull height but that doesnt mean its fully shapen into how it would look best. What if someone has a convex forehead? I mean, exactly
