I agree about the first one, but in the second pic he is slightly tilting his head upwards, but that's not my point... i meant the forward neck, it makes you look much more forward grown(especially jaw) than you really are. No wonders that many people after some year of poor engagment of neck muscles looks bad when they fix this, i hope for op that it's not his case.
