Its possible, with a heavy amount of looks maxing, and settling for a girl that's below average in looks you could find something. The difficult part, is it being a girl that you might not be physically attracted to, IE obese. I wouldn't listen to the person that suggested suicide, life is more then just girls my man. Find stuff that you really enjoy in life outside of relationships, but stick to good habits, skin care, super healthy diet, gym 5-6 days a week for 1-2 hours, get a lift routine down.
