any highly developed country is going to have quite a number of maxillofacial and plastic surgeons. Just start googling and emailing.

I have tried mailing a few plastic surgery facilities, but the issue is that some have said that they perform it, but literally non has actually advertised on their website that it's something they do, literally had to email and ask. Also, if the plastic surgeon is not Eppley or Yaremchuk, then idk if I would wanna go for a plastic surgeon, as opposed to a maxillofacial surgeon.

No point, you'd spend less travelling to another country and paying someone that is vouched for there rather than megacuck in eu who will probably have similar result for 10x price.
