Don't jerk off (it reduces sensitivity), take L-Carnitine, lift weights, reduce any contact with plastic (especially shit like receipts and polyester underwear), might be more, but I think those are the main ones

Roids are supposed to increase the number androgen receptors too I think, but is kinda risky, so just weigh your options on that I guess

so stimulating existing ARs increases their number.
Then simply gymcelling consistently is a good idea too.
it will increase T.

Yeah because the material that makes the underwear stretchy is a type of plastic and is made with petroleum. So not only is it tight on your dick and balls, when you sweat like crazy you are probably absorbing some of the chemicals and shit from the underwear due to the heat.
