Are Celts the only people where an upturned nose is common and not a byproduct of considerable maxillary projection?

Something I noticed when looking at Celts is that it's common for them the have a slightly upturned nose that looks aesthetic on both males and females (particularly cute on foids)
However I notice they often have these upturned noses even with just an average amount of forward growth, whereas with other phenotypes it is necessary to have a very forward grown maxilla to have an upturned nose while avoiding looking like a diabolical fetal alcohol syndrome case

Scandis have some weird looking upturned noses in the absence of a giga forward grown maxilla

Then sometimes the ones with upturned noses from projected maxillas still look weird from the front and are nostrilcels

Anglos tend to have what I call dick noses (worst combo with recessed maxilla)

Even this goodlooking Anglo guy has a downwards nose tip

Slav foids often have a downwards nose tip but because of their maxillary projection it can look quite seductive

You will find prettyboys from various parts of europe with an upturned nose as a byproduct of giga maxillary projection

This Celtic guy has an alright maxilla, not particularly forward grown and he's actually bordering on being an underbitecel yet this is still accompanied by a JB-Arousing upturned nose

I have a lot of examples saved of Celtic normies without noteworthy forward growth who have aesthetic upturned noses but I'm not gonna post since they're mostly nobodies who dont deserve their faces stuck on an aspie forum

Upturn is to do with rotation of the maxilla. Most men have somewhat downgrown maxillas so that's why their noses aren't usually very upturned. Upturn is also the result of a recessed forehead. Men with high-set brows always (I think) have upturned noses for this reason.
