Are my growth plates closed?

15 year old male and my hands haven’t grown in like 2 years

If my wrist growth plates are closed does that mean my spinal and leg growth plates are also closed? Or can I still grow if my spinal/leg growth plates are still open but my wrist plates are closed

Would taking HGH and AI do anything if my growth plates are closed/barely open

Growth plate closure is asynchronous, just cause ur wrists are closed doesn't mean everything else is. ur wrist looks closed to me

it is a possibility that you can still grow although not certain; if you can it will be a limited amount probably 3 inches at max. The soft tissue in your hands might grow but your actual wrist bone won't. In my opinion most people can benefit from taking an HGH and AI, worst case scenario you lose a little extra hair but have higher T, better sleep, and easier muscle growth from the two.
