In practical terms, I agree. The only real ascension a regular user here (who doesn't have obvious deformities like a hook nose or dumbo ears) is going to happen with getting to 10-13% body fat.

If shedding that fat still reveals an ugly face, it's just over for most people aesthetically. There is no point pouring tens if not hundreds of thousands for minimal gains. Getting a "chadlite" face even with surgery takes a very good genetic starting base, skull size etc

Other forms of 'ascension' are as much for your own mental health or well-being as they are for improving your attractiveness.

I would definitely want limb lenghtening for my kid if he turned out 5'3, or bimaxillary advancement if his jaw is too recessed. This isn't just for getting women. This is to avoid severe bullying, get better treatment by society and employers, just higher life satisfaction overall.
