Rate my ascension plan and give me advice if you have any:

Mewing 24/7

Gymmaxxing (I already have a good frame and decent musculature due to a couple years of gymcelling, mainly focusing on lats and side delts rn to build a better v taper)

Neck training

Autistic hyoid bone mouth opening exercise

Chin tucks

Basic skincare so i dont get breakouts

Castor oil for brows and lashes

Vaseline on lips (probably doesnt do shit)

Thumbpulling

Stomach vacuums for smaller waist (Im at 28" rn)

Did chewing for about a month and it made my masseters bigger, not sure if i should do it cuz i dont wanna look like a chipmunk.


Thats mostly it, give your opinions and some advice if u got any, thanks.

18, 5.10, 68kg at about 15%
Was lean as fuck during summer, then did a stupid dirty bulk and got up to 71 looking like shit so now im looking to get to 65 - 63kg

Not bad, kinda underweight though.

Dirty bulking is a subhuman activity, just firm the lean bulk for a while.

Dont know if my plates are still open.
Idk if mewing is gonna do anything or not, but im definitely gonna keep doing simply cause it makes my submental look better instantly.
Im planning to lean out and then do a lean bulk to about 70kg.
