I think I'm deficient in omega-3 and 6 because I eat the same stuff everyday: brown rice, turkey breast and eggs and never fish.
I ordered fish oil, d3+k2 and glucosamine. d3+k2 and gluco I didn't order for my skin though.
What about glycine/collagen?

Shitpost by the master of shitposters, I see

Your thread is a shitpost actually, looking for the easy answer instead of browsing the forum.
Come on, you've been here since 2020.

Also why did you feel the need to mention D3+K2 and glucosamine despite it being irrelevant to the thread?

Lots of contradicting info, I'm reviewing my stack and I want new opinions
If you've got nothing of value to add then don't comment

I completely disagree, threads like this one create the conflicting info.
You can for sure find well established universal information about this using the search function as well as BotB.

^ This is good info btw.

No you can't, certainly not with the search function. With BotB maybe but 2nd hand opinions are still great to have, especially when you can interact with those who give their opinions

Yes liver is good for across the board vitamins

Yeah that's my next step. Is lycopene useful? I thought bc and asthaxantin were best for coloring and collagen
Yeah, they are for skin undertones , lycopene gives you red ones
But asthaxantin is also supposedly for collagen (@Cope s collagen thread)
