Yes. Rhinoplasty is the one thing that can make your face looks much worse than it was before. Unless your nose is very asymetrical or crooked I wouldn't suggest getting one.

If it's blatantly deformed a rhino will most definitely increase your psl if you go to a skilled surgeon.
