Can I achieve this hairstyle with my type of hair?

I’ve been growing it for like 6 months, I look homeless because my hair gets tangled at the bottom easily I guess? I want the type of hair like on this wig just shorter on the front to like eye level or slightly above, can I achieve that with a haircut and products (I currently use none)
