Can I have a beard transplant before my beard hair grow?

My hair will probably grow out, but it might be like 10-15 years (have 6 y older brother)

I need results asap

Is it doable to have a beard transplant in a place where you have follicles but not grown yet?

Yeah but i will wait untill mid 20
Being clean shaven si ok at early 20 , no big deal

ITs late 20 and older and u start to looks creepy with shaven face

Minox beard and results are permanent unlike hair I think, so research that.
