Dsmo would be required but I wouldn't recommended it even if dsmo was added. I don't think you want food dye in your bloodstream or some other ingredients in oral suspensions

i see, the reason im asking is because i wanna grow a goatee but minoxidil rapes collagen (not fear mongering minoxidil actually affects collagen and it's a good thing for AGA but not for the face) so i looked for "collagen-friendly" potassium channel openers and found diazoxide, which has been shown to cause hypertrichosis but appears to not affect collagen, unfortunately it's far easier to find oral suspensions of it than topical solutions
