Canthoplasty/Canthopexy help pls

1. Is fixing NCT as simple as having Canthoplasty/Canthopexy performed and thats that? Or are there additional procedures that need to be done?

2. If you choose to do this surgery, should you choose to go for nct to like neutral position, or do you actually go for straight up pct if you can?

netrual canthal tilt is good. If you try to modify your canthal tilt too much you risk cosmetic side effects
