yeah but some people dont eat fruit and honey on carnivore, if u do then its prolly the best diet but its shit if you only eat meat

It's pretty easy:

If you gonna rot home all day = eat only meat since you don't need energy

You gonna gymcel or do anything that needs energy = eat some fruit or honey

It's what I do depending on needs, strict ppl are retards.

If you eat fruit with meat every day and don't do anything with the energy it'll just make you fat over time, anxious and restless for no reason.

Think of sugar as energy drinks, that's the entire purpose of sugar.

Eating "healthy" is subjective, retards eat arsenic laced rice and oxolatate pesticide toxic vegetables and think they're "healthy".

What society thinks of as healthy like vegetables and "working out" is actually killing you faster.

Sky is green and grass is blue.

Also supplements are dogshit for absoption and the industrial chemical processing is questionable if it's even fit for human consumption.

Humans are deficient in D3 and K2 cause they don't go outside and eat garbage grains and vegetables with too little meat, not our species diet.

Irradiated? Quite a bold word choice. Also, the same foods you get from nature contain the same chemicals in the lab, like ascorbic acid.
The same ascorbic acid inside fruits is inside supplements.

I wouldn’t give a damn. If you took it or not, but you’re going to say something, at least make it make sense.

Also, you can still eat animal products and be deficient in K2. The animal needs to be grassfed, so this isn't a guaranteed way.
Natto is a fermented soybean product that has K2, so there isn't only meat.

Also, go outside for prolonged periods of time and enjoy damaged collagen and elastin, for which there aren't known ways to get elastin back.
This is why sunscreen was created, and a D3 supplement can give you the benefits of D3 without giving you skin cancer. If you don't believe the sun can damage your skin, then idk.
I agree, society's diet is shitty. Don’t get me wrong. But supplementation isn’t bad, and you’re just a minority preaching that your way is right without any evidence.
 
Carnivore is useless unless you have a severe immune system disease where you have a lot of food intolerances
