So for the past couple of years im not getting 8-9 hours of sleep daily. Im only getting 6 hours of sleep 3 times a week, 4-5 hours the other 3 times a week and once a week about 7-8 hours MAX. Im have terrible dark circles, eyebags, droopy resting face, deep nasolabial folds, dull skin texture and feeling generally shit and depressed. How to reverse this and will retinol help? How bad does lack of sleep affect your looks? Im 23 years old, did i prematurely age myself and is it reversible?
