Moneys not an issue for me, but GHRP 2 and Mod GRF 1 would work synergistically & mimic natural growth/release patterns. I already grow like 2-3 inch's during summer so HGH + AI alone might not leverage natural growth as effectively so idk.

should i do low dosage of hgh and be on mod gr1 and ghrp 2?

I already have an xray appointment soon idk if the person will check my bone age tho, but i might ask and if my bones are behind for my age I could bring it up to my doctor and idk what might go from there, but my parents wouldn't go out their way to give me hgh. Good thing is they prob wouldnt care if my doctor says i could have it prescribed

Brutal, at that height you're probably hgh deficient tho

Although, it would be better to inject 4 times 100 mcg of each per day for better results imo, but injecting 4 times per day is lowkey torture. So, I would suggest you using cjc 1295 dac + mk677 or hgh at that point

Dont really know abt this. Asked an ai : ( i asked him abt short stature because he would never accept to reveal inforrmation on this otherwise but dont worry it work too )
should i do low dosage of hgh and be on mod gr1 and ghrp 2?
While it might seem like the option with the highest hGH release would be best, it's actually more complex than that. Here's why:

* **Safe and regulated growth:** HGH therapy, though a prescription medication with side effects, is a well-established treatment for short stature caused by specific conditions. Doctors can monitor its effects and adjust dosages for optimal growth within a safe range.
* **Uncertain and potentially risky effects:** Mod GR1/GHRP-2 are less regulated and haven't been rigorously studied for safety and effectiveness in treating short stature. While they might stimulate hGH release, the actual impact on growth and potential side effects are unknown.

Here's a breakdown of potential hGH release:

* **HGH:** Prescribed HGH directly replaces or supplements the body's natural hGH, potentially leading to increased hGH levels and promoting growth.
* **Mod GR1/GHRP-2:** These act as secretagogues, signaling the body to release its own hGH. However, the amount of hGH released and its effectiveness for growth are uncertain.

**Why HGH therapy might be preferable:**

* **Controlled hGH increase:** Doctors can monitor and adjust HGH therapy to optimize growth within safe limits.
* **Established treatment:** HGH therapy has a proven track record for specific short stature conditions.

One of my niggers was a bit taller than you and suddenly got a growth spurt in the beginning of 16 and grow to 5‘9, now close to 17

maybe your just late bloomer, I would even estimate your chances of growing smaller if you were 5'6 (based on personal experience)

I had 2 spurts so far and it was like 2 inch-3 inchs during the last 3 summers i dont think im gh deficent but prob have cdgp im still gonna check with my doctor tho. However I did have an iron deficeny when i was younger in 7th or 8th grade which might have effected by growth but my doctor said im not deficient anymore when i did a blood tests a few months ago

Good, I would still recommend you to hope on hgh in your case. Have you done any bloodwork except iron levels?

Ive gotten a comprehensive blood panel (i think) they took like 5 vials of blood from me and my doctor said im not deficient in anything so im probably normal in everything i guess

Try to get your levels on a hand, you should know your levels and health before the cycle. Also you may not be deficient, but you could still have low/bad levels

Is it important enough to not start the stack because I might need to wait like a month to get blood work done, and I get out of school soon + summer is when i grow the most (grew 2-3 inch past summers) might even be more if im a late bloomer like how tempel cat said)

It would be good to get it, but I think you can start without it, if you doesn't have any major health problems

I just made a list of what to test u think i should add or remove anything? i dont want them talking over 10 vials of blood out of my arm tho

Hormonal Profile
IGF-1 (Insulin-like Growth Factor 1): Reflects the level of HGH, critical for growth.
GH (Growth Hormone): Essential for growth and metabolic functions.
Testosterone (Total and Free): Crucial for muscle and bone development.
Estradiol: High levels can prematurely close growth plates in boys.
TSH (Thyroid Stimulating Hormone), Free T4, and Free T3: Assess thyroid function, which significantly impacts growth and metabolism.
Cortisol: High levels can impair growth hormone function and stress response.
Prolactin: Elevated levels can interfere with hormonal balance.

Nutritional Status
Vitamin D: Essential for bone health and growth.
Calcium and Phosphorus: Key minerals for bone development.
Magnesium and Zinc: Important for enzymatic reactions and hormone production.
Iron (Serum Ferritin): To assess anemia, which can affect overall health and growth.
Vitamin B12 and Folate: Necessary for cell production and growth.

Metabolic Health
Comprehensive Metabolic Panel (CMP): Includes liver and kidney function tests, which can influence growth and hormone processing.
Lipid Profile: While not directly related to growth, lipid abnormalities can indicate underlying health issues.

Additional Test
High Sensitivity C-Reactive Protein (hs-CRP): To detect inflammation that can affect overall health and growth.
Allergy Testing (specific IgE tests): To identify allergies that could affect nutritional status and health.

Remove the growth hormone and I belive it's better to take total t3 and t4 not free

2-4k vitamin d is nothing, take 10k minimum

bruh u sure i wont overdose on that shit 💀
i used to take like 50k lol you’ll be fine

just take k2 as well to avoid calcification, the only people who get toxicity are grandpas who took 100k for a year straight

I'd drop out of high school and join the circus if I were you.

Ai and hgh (secretagogues if you can't afford) or it's over
Add calcium, b vitamin complex, whey and glucosamine, chondroitin if you can afford

Regular exercise daily: HIIT exercises, Martial arts, Carido, Calesthetics, Minimal weight-lifting
Make sure you are gaining weight first, focus on heavy lifts, HIIT and cardio, one of dose per day for like 1h with 3 softer days per week otherwise you will burn every nutrient in maintenance

Update: I grew to 162.6 cm (5’4) naturally I just checked at the doctor
