Typically people who have some sort of mid-face deficiency have:

- Paranasal flatness (Nose looks sunken)
- Maxillary recession (Upper jaw underdeveloped compared to lower)
- Sclera show (Due to underdeveloped maxilla)
- Lack of anterior cheekbone prominence
- Deep teeth set

How to solve this issue with surgeries? Is typically Lefort 1 used?

Paranasal Implants

Lefort 1

Inframalar Implants

Ideally all of this is fixed with Lefort 3 but no one if going to perform it on non syndrome patient
Lefort 3 made redundant with implants.
